our LAHR Email Distribution Lists
LAHR Distribution Lists are constructed
so that sending an e-mail to a group will reach all participants
of the service. The Lansing Association for Human Rights
operates two e-mail LAHR Distribution Lists for our community
and its supporters: LAHR Online and LAHR Discussion . We
provide this as a means to support interaction and to exchange
information.
Please read the descriptions and guidelines
below and then just enter your email address on the right
to join. There are currently two Lists to join.
The LAHR Online Distribution List
- Well over 300 members strong, this
is a LAHR Distribution List foremost for participants
to post information regarding LAHR activities, functions,
and events.
- All postings must be written in
a respectful manner.
- Information/announcements on other
non-LAHR related activities, functions, and events may
also be posted at the request of a representative of another
group or organization with which LAHR has a positive relationship.
- All postings should be relevant
to the LGBT community.
- We encourage all LAHR Distribution
List members to share their announcements, but discourage
debates on this forum. For discussions, jokes, debates,
forwards, etc, we ask that you please use our LAHR Discussion
LAHR Distribution List. This list is for announcements
and closely related information only
The LAHR Discussion Distribution
List
- This is a forum created for friendly
debates, jokes, political postings and other materials.
Post as freely as you like, but remember... please be
respectful of others.
Guidelines for LAHR Distribution
Lists
- Most importantly, respect others
on this list. Please do not post when in a hostile mood
or attempt to provoke others with negativity.
- LAHR will provide up-to-date information
on the Association's activities, services, and functions
on both LAHR Distribution Lists for the benefit of all
participants. Not everyone is on both lists.
- This is an unmoderated list, but
we retain the right to change to moderated at any time.
- We reserve the right to remove
any member from this list.
- We reserve the right to make changes
to these guidelines.
