The Lansing Association for Human Rights Political Action Committee (LAHR-PAC) mailed questionnaires to candidates running for office. An asterisk (*) means the candidate did not return the questionnaire, and the rating is based on telephone calls, the voting record, public statements, and other information. A double asterisk (**) means the candidate has returned the questionnaire in the past, but did not return the questionnaire for this election. Make every effort to vote, either on election day or ask your city, township or county clerk for an absentee ballot. Encourage your family and friends to do the same. (6/20/12)
